Welcome to Nick Cote's Certified Transmission. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our online platform or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Services Provided

Nick Cote's Certified Transmission, a Florida Limited Liability Company located at 6615 Elva St, Milton, FL 32570, provides professional automotive transmission repair, diagnostics, maintenance, rebuilding, and general auto services. Our services include, but are not limited to, drivetrain diagnostics, gearbox rebuilds, transmission fluid services, and related mechanical repairs for a range of vehicle types. All services are performed by certified auto technicians.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates for repairs and services provided by Nick Cote's Certified Transmission are based on our assessment of the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional parts or labor are required upon deeper diagnosis or unforeseen issues arise during the repair process. Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to proceeding with the work.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle's history and symptoms. It is also the customer's responsibility to pick up their vehicle promptly after service completion. Vehicles left on our premises for an unreasonable amount of time post-service may be subject to storage fees or, in accordance with Florida law, be deemed abandoned.

4. Warranty on Services

Nick Cote's Certified Transmission stands by the quality of our work. Specific warranty details for parts and labor will be provided in writing at the time of service. This warranty typically covers defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period or mileage, as outlined on your invoice. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs by another facility will void our warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nick Cote's Certified Transmission will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
